Top Blogger Looks of the Week…
I really need to be running, but I didn’t want to take another day off from the blog. I want to be known as being consistent. The last couple of weeks I have not completed my Something to Wear Sunday Sections. That’s because I really felt limited. Plus, it felt kind of annoying to pick an outfit for every days of the week. So instead I’m going to highlight the top 10 outfits of the bloggers I follow for this week! This works because it’s easier on me and you guys get three more outfits to choose from! I’m going to do it this style for the rest of August and then determine if I like it or not.
None the less here are my 10 ten picks!
Number Uno!
Wida from Missing Amsie. Wida’s blog is named after her sister Amsie whom she dedicates her work too. I love her blog because she has impeccable style. The feature style screams KORIN. This is something I would wear with not one change. I think any of my friends would agree her look is so me. I LOVE wearing shorts with high heels and a casual but sexy shirt. Something that screams… I know I’m hot… no need to show it all off.
On top that, bia has KILLER legs. WERK!

Number Dos…
Andy from Style Scrapbook. Andy is just all over the map. You can call her a globtrotter. What made me fall in love with this look are the shoes. I am a shoe junkie! Anyone who reads my blog on a regular basis knows that I am NOT a fan of animal print ANYTHING. I think animal print can make a woman look… ummm… trampy loose… real quick. Animal print is something one REALLY has to be careful with. However, Andy does it right. She has this magnifent and subtle outfit and then brings out the sexy with these five inch YSL shoes. She does the shoes justice by pairing them with her Alexander McQueen bag.

The main problem I had with this look… deciding on which photo I should use. Wendy is no doubt one of my favorite bloggers. She is just a wonderful person. You can gather all this from the way she writes and her personality through her YouTube videos. She has a fantastic sense of style. This look right here. My jaw dropped. It really did. I wore a look KINDA similar this past weekend. I am actually going to do an outfit of the day with is this weekend and a YouTube video… but I digress…
It takes REAL talent to do shabby chic. Not to many can get away with it… but not only did Wendy get away with it, she staked her claim. Just looking her her wearing it makes me feel so free. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that I’m jealous of her Indian summers. While she gets the cool Cali breeze I’m stuck in my 100 degree plus Texas weather.
Favorite Piece: ALL OF IT!

By now you should all know I am a fan of Tanesha. She bodly states, through fashion, that girls with curves are sexy! Just because they are not a size 4 they doesn’t mean they can’t rock with the best of them. I LOVE this outfit because she pairs primary colored strips together (of different thicknesses) for a classic Americana look.
I know the big thing now is tying the front of the shirt in a knot (not a personal fan of it), but Tanesha actually does it right.
Favorite Piece: Navy and White Nautical Cardigan

It’s Tanesha again. Why I love this outfit? Because I like things that sparkle. It makes me happy. No, I am serious, but I really love how the high waisted loosely pleated skirt slims down her body. Woman of curves should really invested in high waisted pants and skirts because it actually works well with your body.
This is fantastic out of the town outfit.
Favorite Piece: Tie between the sequin top and the Gucci clutch

Kendi in her very lady like outfit. I have no idea why I like it so much. It just works. I LOVE the contrasting patterns, yet the color scheme works flawlessly. I’m loving the fact she wore nude wedges to tone it down a level. This outfit is a real win.
Favorite Piece: The Skirt

I feel in love with Alicia’s blog about a month back. I also featured her on my blog before. I’m loving this outfit because it reminds me of Austin, Texas. There is something so cool and casually fantastic about this look. It just looks like effortless fashion.
Favorite Piece: The Statement Necklace

Cheyenne goes grunge. I don’t care what anyone says. I LOVE the grunge look! I love the Smashing Pumpkins (thanks to the bestie Shanna) & Nirvana. I think the 90’s grunge look is making it’s way back, but it’s getting a little glam makeover this time around.
Favorite Piece: The Vintage Flannel Shirt
Nueve
Diya is a great fashion blogger from Austin. She has some of the most eclectic fashion style of anyone I read, but it works for her. I’m really feeling this entire outfit because I’m loving the light, free, and beautifully pleated dress with the 80’s bling! I LOVE how the gold belt cinches her waist. She looks amazing!
Favorite Piece: Vintage Gold Belt

Anna Jane’s outfit is pretty simple. I mean we have all been rockin’ black tops and Khaki’s since the late 90’s Gap Commercials, but what puts it over the top is that necklace. It goes to show that placing a statement necklace with an otherwise normal outfit really really does a world of difference. Her outfit is great because it’s unfussy yet super chic.
