Amazing.
Is she NOT working the hell outta that dress?!
The Bad: M.I.A
Now do not get me wrong. Anyone who knows me KNOWS I love the hell outta M.I.A, but her make up here is all shades of muggly! Geez. I KNOW she did not hire a professional MUA. Why? Everyone knows that you need to powder your face AND your neck so it blends in perfectly. You can clearly see she just did her face and she looks like a clown.
I know this look is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I actually love this outfit because it’s an ode to old ‘90’s hip hop/and rap. Think Biggie and Pac.

This is to be expected of M.I.A. However, maybe this was indeed her ode to Versace, circa 1995…including the make-up! If I remember right, the super-matte look was trendy back then, with the idea of putting enough foundation and powder on until you could no longer feel your face!
