Someone pointed out to me that my birthdate this year will be 10-11-12. In honor of that awesomeness, I am compiling a “30 before 30″ list, that I hope to have finished here in the next 3 months. Here is half of my list – I still have to come up with the other half!!
1) Try out the flying trapeze; 2) Go rock Climbing; 3) Eat authentic Chinese food in San Francisco; 4) Bake a carrot cake from scratch (with cream cheese icing – also from scratch); 5) Go see a scary movie by myself (not bloody/gory – scary); 6) Stand on a corner with a shirt that says “life” and hand out lemons; 7) Order a beer sampler from a brewery and try every flavor; 8) Learn more about wines than what I like; 9) Run for 2 miles without stopping; 10) Buy the meal of someone behind me in the drive-thru line; 11) Read all of the Harry Potter books; 12) Go to a midnight showing of a movie (did this once before, but I want to go again); 13) Attend 1st Thursday (monthly celebration thing in Austin); 14) Take one picture with the mountains as my background, and one with the beach as my background; 15) Hmmm… Okay, I will owe this one to you all as well!

#6 sounds so awesome!! I wish I had this wonderful “30 before 30″ idea when I turned the big 3-0, because I’m quickly learning that life goes by even faster the older you get! By the way, I’m so happy that you will be heading to SF soon…you are going to have such a great time!
