Are you surprised to see me? And an Outfit of the Day no less! During the 4th of July weekend Strut was having a FANTASTIC sale. I purchased three items… two of which I’m wearing right now. The earrings are also a purchase from Strut from awhile ago. They have actually become one of my favorite pairs.
As you know I have been DYING for a cat shirt and I found this perfect one at Strut. I almost didn’t buy it because the tag read it was an extra small. The sales associates advised it fit more like an adult small. I took their word for it as I’m not a big fan of trying on t-shirts. They were right!
I also picked up this pair of FABULOUS coral canvas wedge heels. It was love at first sight. I was in the market for bright shoes that I could wear year round. For whatever reason I thought there was pink in the shirt so I thought the shoes and the shirt would go perfectly together. I was wrong, but that’s when the earrings come into play. They correlated perfectly with the overall fun theme of the outfit.
I really love Strut. Mainly because it’s based out of Austin and I consider it a local store. Even though they have a location in Dallas I feel as though the stores in Austin are better because they are larger and have a bigger selection. Whenever I’m in town I try and visit each location.
