Looking Cool in School!
Gawsh! I look and FEEL so fat *ugh* I have gained SEVEN POUNDS! While that may not seem like a lot to some people. You have to remember that when a person is at their target weight loosing and gaining even five pounds is not healthy. It’s better to maintain a stable number. Also, I need to get back down again so I can look modelesque at my reunion. Even in the picture above my face looks a bit fuller than usual. Starting today I’m going on my serious running again… but on Sunday after breakfast (I’m hosting a party on Saturday and Sunday my apartment complex is hosting brunch) I’m modifying my eating habit. I will feature 30 days of healthy foods. One dish for each day. I will be completely taking rice, bread, pasta, and potatoes out of my diet. God knows how much I love my pasta. I’m just planning on consuming, meats, veggies, and water. So I will be updating you guys daily on my progress and how I’m feeling… and then on a weekly basis I will give you guys my weight. Now, I’m nowhere near overweight… but we all have a number we are comfortable with and I have mine. More on this subject later…
This is what I wore to my daughter’s Back to School Night. Now you all have met Johanna. She is my host daughter who will be with me until December or January. So no, I didn’t birth her from my uterus, but if you log onto my Facebook page you will see her listed as my daughter. She goes to a specialized school that has its own art gallery so you will be seeing a few pieces in this post. I had no idea what to wear to a Back to School but I think I did an OK job. I’m barely an adult so I had to wing it! However, I can tell you some of those parents were dressed just like they were 16. There were walking violations EVERYWHERE!
