Fall Fashion in Full Effect!
I have put this off all week! I am so sorry! Even though I have been putting it off I have been reading EVERYONE’s blog… while looking for quality looks. Here are my top 10 looks of the week! As with all the top 10… none are in any particular order. I love all the outfits!
01 (Anna) Jane from See Jane
I love this Fall version of color blocking. She makes it extra trendy by adding these leopard print open toed booties! Her sleeveless trench coat is super chiq as well. Of course my favorite piece of this look is the hardware necklace. Stunning.
02 Sania Claus
The colbalt blue shoes are showstopping against the simple white dress and silver belt. This easy going look is perfect for shopping in uptown. Are you wondering where she got those shoes? From none other than Chiara from The Blonde Salad. She is the designer. Flawless
03 This Time Tomorrow
I’m really beginning to think I picked all these looked based on the shoes! HAHA… so far I’m three for three with the footgame! My favorite thing in an outfit is the unexpected. From the head going down I did not expect the Isabel Marant footwear. Isabel Marent has been all over the news recently since Paris fashion week. This designer is on fire and I now clearly understand why based on these shoes. The best part? Krystal purchased them from Ebay!
04 Brooklyn Blonde
If you don’t love that trench coat then I’m going to assume you weren’t blessed with the gift of vision. The Banana Republic trench coat is BONKERS! I went online to go check it out a couple of weeks ago and it was all sold out =( So right now I’m sitting on the sidelines appreciating its beauty. Another positive about this look are the F21 skinny jeans. I didn’t believe that were F21 until I scrolled to the credits. You guys already know I love that Balenciaga bag and hardcore hardware necklace!
05 Cute & Little
When I saw Killeen sporting this outfit the ONLY word that came to my mind was FIERCE! Homegirl looks like a certified rockstar! The Chanel bag, scalloped H&M jacket, and Jessica Simpson booties worked seamlessly together. The hardware of the Chanel purse modified the look into edgy. The T-shirt, colbalt blue shorts, and pink belt are wonderful additions because they tone down the look a bit and make it so fun. It screams… I’m a cute badass.
06 Kendi Everyday
What a cool fall outfit. The weather is still a bit warm in Texas… so what a great balance. Wearing a sleeveless top with fall colors is a great way to transition. Her nude sandals make her appear even taller. The thick belt alludes to a smaller waistline.
Last summer I had a discussion with my friend (whom is male) and his best friend (whom is female) about Winter and Fall. His friend and I were complaining about Fall/Winter clothing. To my male friend, he loved it. Yes, he loves seeing a woman in short shorts and tiny shirts… but he said there is something so sexy about seeing a woman in tight jeans and boots that go to her knees. He loves how girls dress for the fall because it places the mystery back into dress.
With that said. I love this simple, easy going look Wendy is sporting. The Elizabeth and Jane boots are on my must have list.
08 Kendi Everyday
I picked this look because I love how fun and fancy that horse print blouse is and the grey open toed booties are magical.

I’m a sucker for a few things: Good times with friends, my dog, men who can dress, cable knit sweaters, and bad ass shoes. This can be seen here with Andy. That burgundy oversize cable knit is so fun! I would wear that (with a white racer back of course). Her River Boat boots might just get her mugged by me.
10 See Jane
Double feature! However, I’m sure there is no complaint to you guys about this. She looks like a modern day goddess in this ensemble. The French Connection dress drapes amazingly against her body. The thick rustic leather belt makes the look less serious and adds character. It was a smart move to not sport any major accessories or extra fancy shoes because the dress is a statement in itself.
