How to Make Chocolate Covered Liquor + HYFR

Happy Friday!!!

Right after work today Jax and I will be packing up and hitting IH-35 south to go visit a plethora of family and friends in Austin. I will be blasting Drake as Jax pops is head out of the cracked window enjoying the smell of the air and the wind against his fur. On my way there I will have my outfits, camera (for shooting S of course),  a smile on face, and my new 35 MM lens.  I’m soooooooooooooo excited to pick it up today after work!  I’m going to try and use it during my engagement shoot this weekend.

Last night I attempted to make chocolate covered liquor candies, but it turned out to be an EPIC fail.  *ugh*  Maybe you guys will have have better results by watching the video below.

You know I have to play a Friday song for you guys. I love Drake’s new song, HYFR. However, I could do without Lil Wayne’s calispa fit.

Austin Engagement Photos 2012: Sneak Peak 1

Happy Friday

This week went by so slow for me… yet I had so much to do.  I was really hoping to have all the engagement photos done of the couple I shot this past weekend, but that didn’t happen.  I’m about 60% complete.  I plan to spend all of Saturday finishing the post processing.  Here are just a few samples of what I have completed thus far.  I will put more up next week following the fact they receive and have reviewed the photos.  I shot 1700 images of this couple!  

They were my first engagement shoot, and they were SO MUCH FUN!

Happy 09.10.11

 

I just wanted to log on real quick and tell everyone Happy 09.10.11.  I wonder how many people decided to get married today just based on the date.  Meanwhile, I’m in a hurry cuz Johanna and I are going to the BYU game with the bestie Shan and we need to get Longhorn shirts.  I just wanted to say hi and how you guys pics from today!

Photography of the Month: August 2011

UrbanJunglePhotography…

As most of my readers know my goal is to become a freelance photographer with aspirations of being published in Elle, Vogue, or Nylon.  Every month I like to better my skills in the art of photography by hosting a photo shoot.  Starting with the month of August I will highlight some of my favorite shots from the shoots have I completed for that month.   In the last 30 days I had three shoots, but I just finished my third one up on Sunday and haven’t had the chance to review all the photos.  You guys will see that at the end of next month.
